He is survived by: his wife Beverley Barnes; his son Cody Barnes (Lauren) of Rocky Mount; his mother Imogene Barnes; his grandchildren, Landon, Avery and Charly Barnes; and his sisters, Donna Burnette (Hot Rod) of Rocky Mount, Patrice Martin (P. J.) of Salisbury and S. J. Sadler of Rocky Mount.
