He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Weaver and Lettie Joyner Weaver; and his brother Jimmy Ray Weaver. He is survived by: his niece Melanie Weaver Wall (Chandler); his sister-in-law Brenda Weaver; his great-nephew Matthew Wall; and his great-niece Madison Gallentine (Caleb) of Rocky Mount.
