He was predeceased by: his parents, Cicero Thomas Griffin, Sr. and Della Frances Jones Griffin; and his brother Ralph Clifton Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Irma Jean Mooring Griffin; his children, Gloria Joyner (Steve), Lynn Jenkins (Bill), Cynthia Cartee, Tom Griffin, III (Ginger) and Mike Griffin (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Katie Dodd, Matthew Joyner, Brooke Eure, Spec. Christoper Cartee, Capt. Jordan McLeod and Connor Griffin; his sister Jewel Pullen (Kenneth); and his friends, Stephanie and Michael Webb.
