She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Floyd Buell and Betty Jane Myers Buell. She is survived by: her sons, John Gibson (Kathleen) and Matt Gibson (Kristin); her grandchildren, Jacob, Joseph Gibson, Skyler and Nash Gibson; and her siblings, Christine Weinhold (Danny) and Elson "Butch" Buell (Rhonda). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Cathy's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
