She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Climent Evans and Jessie Rae Davidson; her husband Samuel W. "Sammy" Bailey, Sr.; and her brother Phillip "Phil" D. Evans. She is survived by: her sons, Samuel W. "Fred" Bailey, Jr. (Nikki) and Michael "Bryan" Bailey (Lori); her grandchildren, Trey (Ashley), Grace, Jackson, Evan, Luke and Mia; her great grandchild Robert; and her brother Walter "Steve" Evans (Lucinda). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
