He is survived by: his wife Anne Kennedy Manning; his sons, John Ryan Manning (Jordan) of Wake Forest and Evan Scott Manning of Rocky Mount; and his granddaughter Meredith Manning. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and family friends.
