It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Edmondson of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lena Alford Edmondson and Robert Oscar Edmondson; his wife Betty Andrews Edmondson; his children, Karen Dew (Ricky) and William Henry "Billy" Edmondson, Jr. (Monica); his grandson Allen; his great grandchildren, Caitlin, Baylee and Bentley; his siblings, Bob Edmondson, Martha Mayo, Jean White, Faye Phykitt and Sue Long; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Fish and Tim Andrews. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Harvest Baptist Church or charity of your choice.
