She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Sallee and Gladys Sallee; her husband Billie O'Neal; and her brothers, William "Bill" Sallee and Donnie Sallee.
She is survived by: her children, Timmy Radford, Theresa Vester, Crystal Strickland (Kevin) and Heather Newbold (Bobby); her stepdaughter Dee Pickering (Rick); her grandchildren, Amy Bulluck, Cole Vester (Macon), Madison Sharpe (Scott), Kacie Strickland (Colin), Dillon and Olivia Newbold; her great grandchildren, Brendan, Tucker, Finnley Bulluck, Lynnlee Vester and Axel Sharpe; and her sisters, Vicki Bridgers and Ella Mae Rogers. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1130 N Winstead Ave, Rocky Mount, NC 27804). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the West Edgecombe Baptist Church (13821 NC-43, Rocky Mount, NC 27801).
