It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Grant Wilson of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, who passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Beulah Grant and Calie Dowd Grant. She is survived by: her children, Leroy Wilson, Jr., Bruce Wilson of Bartlett, TN, Ray A. Wilson of Lawrenceville, GA and Carol R. Wilson Robinson of Rocky Mount, NC; and her siblings, Melvin G. Grant of Winston Salem, NC, Herbert L. Grant of Rocky Mount, NC, Wilhelmina G. Martin of Winston Salem, NC and Annie Ruth Jones of Rocky Mount, NC. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren with a host of other loving relatives and friends.
