He was predeceased by: his parents, Rebecca Langley, and Benjamin Langley, Sr.; his wife Jackie Joyner Langley; his son Benjamin "Benjie" Jackson Langley, III; and his brother John Harrell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley Rebecca Langley of Rocky Mount and Holly Kea Blythe (Michael) of Spring Hope; his granddaughters, Savannah, Lilly Langley and Amber Byrum; and his sister Toni Driver of Rocky Mount. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws and grand-nieces and nephews.
