It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ashley Sierra Bottoms (Rocky Mount, North Carolina), who passed away on November 12, 2024, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Bobby, Hazel Glover, Charlie and Mary Bottoms. She is survived by: her son Ashton Langley; her parents, Glenn Bottoms and Vickey Bottoms; her siblings, Bobby Bottoms and Shanna Strickland (Daniel); her nieces and nephews, AJ, Lynn-Marie, Austin, Addison Bottoms and Stella Strickland; and her aunts and uncles, Wanda Rhodes, Jeff Glover (Robin), Joe Bottoms (Jenny), Diane Wheeless (Ray) and Floyd Bottoms.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1130 N Winstead Ave, Rocky Mount, NC 27804). Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Atrium Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1130 N Winstead Ave, Rocky Mount, NC 27804).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Ashley's name to Deborah Unmuted, P.O. Box 1745, Elm City, NC 27822, a fellowship of Christian women who encourages, supports, and uplifts other women.
