With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Albert Gardner of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, who passed away on February 15, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lee Gardner and Annie Overby Gardner. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Parker Gardner; his children, Michael Gardner (Courtney) of Wendell, David Gardner (Ashley) of Rocky Mount and Delight Strickland (Jason) of Elm City; his siblings, John Gardner (Susan) of Rocky Mount, Angie Ammons (Gary) of Rocky Mount and Marcia Gardner of Nashville; his sisters-in-law, Peggy Staton (James) of Sharpsburg, Janice Manning of Nashville and Leigh Anne Wills (Jay) of South Carolina; and his grandchildren, Taylor Gardner, Parker Gardner, Micah Gardner and Elise Strickland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ridgecrest Worship Center, West Mount Dr. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
