With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William F. Retallick (Rockwell, North Carolina), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 15, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As William F. departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved William F.. Though William F. may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Jeanette Ritchie of Faith. He is survived by: his sister Eileen Eaves; and his son Cliff Retallick (S. Marine Corps). He is also survived by 300 nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Powles Staton Funeral Home (913 W Main St, Rockwell, NC 28138). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Cemetery Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations to Shiloh Reformed Church and Sacred Heart Catholic School be considered.
