He is survived by: his wife Mary Marks of Spartanburg, SC; his son-in-law Michael Connolly; his son Vincent Marks (Linda); his grandchildren, Micheala Blankenship (Brad), Bailey Marks and Bryan Marks; and his great grandchildren, Reece and Cooper Blankenship.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Madison-Rockingham Rescue Squad or the North Carolina State Veterans Home of Salisbury.
