She was predeceased by: her father Earl D. Shirer. She is survived by: her husband Rick; her mother Peggy Shirer; her siblings, Tonya Withrow and Keven Shirer; her nephew Nicholas Chapman (Amanda); her nieces, Amber Davis (Seth) and Kynsley Withrow; her close friend Mitzi Coates; and also Cece.
