She was predeceased by: her daughter Tabatha Renee Blackwell. She is survived by: her sons, Michael David Gardner (Melanie Baldwin) of Rockwell, NC, Jamie Eric Gardner of Salisbury and Jeremy Wade Brackan (Colleen) of Fayetteville, NC. She is also survived by two brothers, three sisters, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
