She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving Barringer and Aeroleigh Barringer; and her siblings, Laura Jane "Janie" Lingle and Irving Eugene Barringer, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Don Stirewalt; her children, Paul Eugene Stirewalt (Patricia), Rhonda Stirewalt Roseman and Donna Jane Stirewalt Mikles; her grandchildren, Randy Basinger, Rebekah Groves, Kathrine Defina and Suzanna Stirewalt Langley; her great grandchildren, Weston Basinger, Raegan Groves and Adam Defina; and her pet Hermione.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (2070 Emanuel Church Rd, Rockwell, NC 28138). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
