She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Elizabeth "Beulah" Goodman Moose; her stepfather Arthur Moose; and her siblings, James "Bubby" Kluttz, Daisy Murph and Kathleen Blevins.
She is survived by: her husband Marshall Stokes; her children, Eric Stokes of Rockwell, Wesley Stokes (Melissa) of China Grove and Janine Stokes Tucker (Ervin) of Atlantic; her grandsons, Joseph Anterola (Meagan) of China Grove and Grant Stokes of China Grove; her siblings, Lloyd Kluttz (Rose) of Jacksonville, FL and Diane Sherman of Rockwell; and her stepbrothers, Bud Moose of Salisbury and Check Moose of Salisbury. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rockwell United Methodist Church.
