It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lowell Zane Carpenter (Rockwell, North Carolina), born in Peru, New York, who passed away on November 27, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his former wife Miretta Abigail Cannan; his daughter Mary Ann Carpenter; his son-in-law Paul B Campbell; his great grandchild Olivia Joy Hernandez; his spouse Mary Alice Cross Carpenter; his daughters, Miretta A Campbell and Marlene A Larson; his son-in-law Dale Larson; his son Lowell Z Jr; his daughter-in-law Sharon Carpenter Jr.; and his stepson Hal (Tammie Cross). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ebenezer Lutheran Church (4914 Old Beatty Ford Rd., China Grove, NC 28023).
