We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2022, at the age of 71, Judy Ann Weaver of Rockwell, North Carolina passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Edward Forsythe and Billie "Sue" Newsom Forsythe; her husband David "Pooch" Ray Weaver; and her brother Jerry Forsythe. She is survived by: her pet Oliver; her children, Melissa Greer (Michael) of Richfield, Michelle Stirewalt (Clay) of Rockwell and David Weaver of Rockwell; her grandchildren, Cameron Greer, Caleb Weaver, Landon Stirewalt and Shelby Weaver; her siblings, Randy Forsythe (Carmen) of Salisbury and Wanda Dunaway of Lexington; and her sisters-in-law, Dottie Forsythe of Lexington and JoAnn Rabon (Jimmy) of Salisbury. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Due to the current pandemic, the family asks that everyone wear a mask at the services.
