Bost of Rockwell and Emma L. Bost of Kannapolis; his grandchildren, Lucas and Lainey; his brother Clinton A. Bost (Michele) of Springfield, Ohio; his nephew Zachary A. Bost of Huber Heights, Ohio; his stepsiblings, Mike Brady of Salisbury and Lynn Brady of Salisbury; and the mother of his children Patricia Bost.
