He was predeceased by: his parents, James Graham Puckett and Thayer Sink Puckett; and his brothers, Jerry Puckett and Brooks Puckett. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Beaver Puckett; his sons, Steve Puckett (Karen) of Salisbury and David Puckett (Teresa) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Meaghan Puckett of Winston-Salem, Courtney Puckett of Salisbury, Grace Puckett of Pittsburgh, PA and Graham Puckett of Wilmington; his great grandchild Leo Puckett of Salisbury; and his brothers, Derwood Puckett of Salisbury, James Puckett of Concord and Guy Puckett of Salisbury.
