He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lyerly and Irene Funderburk Lyerly; and his brother Charles Lyerly. He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Lyerly; his children, Mark Lyerly (Kelli) of Lewisville, Rhonda Barnhardt (Chris) of Salisbury and Brandi Pfeil; his grandchildren, Forrest, Hunter, Blake, Lance Lyerly, Haleigh, Carson Barnhardt, Jessica and Jackson Pfeil; his great grandchildren, Andrew, Ollyver and Hartley Lyerly; and his sister Betty Monroe of Salisbury.
