He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude D. Woodie and Geneva Linker Woodie; and his wife Janice Woodie. He is survived by: his siblings, Alice W. Thompson (Jay) of Rockwell, Claudette W. Jones (Wayne) of Faith, Tim Woodie of Rockwell and Grady Woodie (Linda) of New Bern, NC. He is also survived by several nieces, a nephew, aunts, uncles, and many cousins; also his furry friends, his dogs.
