He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mowery and Ruby Ruban Parker; and his siblings, Voltare Bunton and Alan Mowery. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Dorton Mowery; his children, Jennifer Mowery Hotchkiss and Jared Fullam; his grandchildren, Tabitha Hotchkiss, Rebecca Newman, Lydia Sprinkle, Mariah Fullam and Pearl Fullam; his stepgrandchildren, Hazen Hotchkiss, J. J. Hotchkiss, Mady Hotchkiss and Jasmine Hotchkiss; and his siblings, Douglas, Sonya, Christine, Glenda, Roger, Terry and Randy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM at the Powles Staton Funeral Home (913 W Main St, Rockwell, NC 28138). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
