He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Yancey and Cora Rhoney Yancey. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Yancey; his sister Kay Abee (Robert); his niece Jamie Cooke (Robby); his nephew Kevin Abee (Deanna); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lauren Piercy, Kaitlyn Combs, Caleb Cooke and Jadon Cooke. He is also survived by friends and relatives.
