Howard Palmer Lanou and stepfather George H Lanou of Saxtons River, VT, his father Hartwell Palmer and Helen Ryder Palmer of Brandon, VT; his grandparents, Albert E Howard and Mary Pebbles Howard of Charlestown NH; and his sister Patricia M Thomas also of Rockwell, NC; He is survived by : his children, Donald E Palmer Jr of Lytle TX, Mona-Jean Palmer-Bisnette and Husband Wm of Rockwell, NC, Monica Palmer of Raphine, VA, Darren Palmer and Wife Christine of Ware, MA his grandchildren, Keith R Palmer, Tavis Palmer, Darcy Palmer Bordenuk and husband Micheal of Okinawa Japan, Curtis Palmer, Jacob Palmer, Kalaihla Palmer, Brittney Palmer, Allyssa Palmer, Great Grand Children Brad Palmer,, Isaiah Palmer, Myiah Palmer, Zach Palmer and Jack Churchill ; along with his siblings, Lemuel Palmer of Brandon VT and Judy Lampher of NY.
