With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darrell Carter of Rockwell, North Carolina, born in Waycross, Georgia, who passed away on January 9, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Gene Carter and Laverne Hall Carter Adkins; his siblings, Gene Carter and Roxanne Carter; and his cousin Junior Carter.

He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Davis, Tricia Carter and Tiffany Carter; his grandchildren, Anthony Williams, Cassidy Davis, Mikayla Davis and Travon Greene; and his siblings, Gary Carter, Jimmy Carter, Phillip Carter, Teresa Clark and Deanna Williamson. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
