He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Cruise Julian and Maggie Louise Brown Julian; his brother James Anderson Julian; his wife Ruth Earnhardt Julian; his children, Alan Julian (Renae) of Salisbury, Derrick Julian (Sheri) of Stallings, NC and Keri Julian Sorenson of Matthews, NC; and his stepson Terry Martin (Nancy) of Monroe, NC.. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions are welcome to be directed to the St. Paul's Church Building Fund.
