He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Vaughn Kepley, Sr. and Mamie Jean Tarlton Kepley; his wife Wilma Elizabeth Dulin Kepley; his daughter Elizabeth Kepley Thomas; and his great grandchild Parker Munn.
He is survived by: his children, Renee Kepley Gainey (Andy) of Kannapolis, Billy Martin Kepley, Jr. of Rockwell, David Allen Kepley (Denise) of Concord and Jeffrey Lee Kepley (Crystal) of Rockwell; his grandchildren, Matthew, Brandon, Faith, Jessica, Dakota, Brittany, Chelsey, Cameron, Justin and Wesley; and his siblings, Judy Drye of Granite Quarry, Zella Lesley (Melvin) of Gold Hill, Tom Kepley of China Grove and Sammy Kepley (Betty) of Midland. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
