She was predeceased by: her parent William C. Ratliff; and her sister Shirley Ratliff. She is survived by: her parent Juanita Glass Ratliff; and her children, David Kimmer of Salisbury, Tracie Latham (Mitch) of Huntersville, Robin Kimmer and Toby Mickey of Rockwell.
