She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Thompson (Joshua) and Ted Rodgers, Jr. (Shannon); her grandchildren, Amanda Wallace, Rebekah Wallace, Erin Tackett, Joshua Rodgers, Allie Rodgers and Emily Rodgers; her great grandchildren, Asher, Arya and Illiana; and her siblings, Gary Brown, Ernest Brown Jr., Vanessa Edelen (Ricky), Carolyn Lowery (Chuck), Vincent Brown (Krisanne) and Deanna Brown. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Eastside Cemetery (1468 Fayetteville Rd, Rockingham, NC 28379).
