She was predeceased by: her parents, Cosby G. Chavis and Dorothy Hendrix Chavis; her husband Eugene Carol Gainey; her sister Sharon C. Kiker; and her nephew Jon Michael Robich.
She is survived by: her children, Nicolle Gainey and Leslee Greene; her grandchildren, Morgan Taylor (Jonathan), C. J. and Caroline Greene; her great grandchildren, Teagan and Autry Taylor; and her siblings, Ron Chavis (Lee), Diane McElligott and Caron Robich (John).
Memorial contributions may be made in Wanda's memory to the Richmond County Humane Society.
