He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland Caulk and Pearl Hodges Bishop. He is survived by: his wife Ethel Dugan "Dixie" Caulk; his children, Dawn Williams (Neil) of Greensboro and Kim Caulk (Sally) of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Trace Williams (Alexandra), Alexandra Spicer (Kirk), Travis Caulk and Shelby Tyndall (Murphy); and his great grandchildren, Everette Williams, Shaw Williams and Tyndall.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Cameronian Presbyterian Church (179 Northam Rd, Rockingham, NC 28379). The military honors was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
