He is survived by: his wife Cathy Watkins; his daughters, Amanda Carter and Melanie Kennon; his grandchildren, Cailin Carter, RJ Kennon, Landon Carter and Gage Kennon; and his siblings, Barbara Brown, Brenda Taylor and Curtis Watkins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
