He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Lill and Ruth Dutton Lill. He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon DeBerry and Whitney Lill; his granddaughters, Kaylee Adcock and Brystal DeBerry; and his siblings, Susan Lill Craven (Mike), Shirley Lill O'Tuel (Boyce), Vicki Lill Idol (Bubba), Bopper Lill (Lisa) and Tommy Lill (Shamain). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
