She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hopper and Sophonia Hopper; her husband Samuel P. Roberts; and her siblings, John T. Hopper and Mary Galloway.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny, Phillip Hopper (Cynthia), Samuel Roberts (Sammy), Overseer, Bobby Roberts (Prophet Roberts), Annette Millner (Wayne), Tracy Pickard (Curtis, Jr.) and Hugh O'Brien Roberts (Krisi); and her sisters, Malinda Lowe and Mary Lowe.
Viewing was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Perry-Spencer Funeral Home (511 Henry St, Eden, NC 27288). Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Robinson Memorial United Holy Church (521 Turner St, Eden, NC 27288). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
