He is survived by: his wife Sandra Clark Smith; his sons, Lewis Cleveland Smith III (Caryla), Christopher Heath Smith and Eric Kyle Smith (Jessica); his grandchildren, Brandon Smith (Shannon), Jeremy Smith (Jasmine), Lilly Smith and Victoria Smith; his great grandchildren, Jettson Smith, Charlotte Smith and Tripp Smith; his brother Robert Larry Smith (Tami); and his nephews, Brian Smith (Katie) and Robert Smith (Renea).
