It is with great sadness that we announce the death of June McAdams Spears (Rockingham, North Carolina), born in Burlington, North Carolina, who passed away on October 1, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter McAdams and Sally Culberson McAdams; her son David Earl Spears; and her brothers, Dalton McAdams, Leonard McAdams, Richard McAdams and C. W. McAdams.

She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Earl Spears; her daughter Deborah Spears Brown (Terry) of Rockingham; her daughter-in-law Deborah "Debbie" Spears-Adeimy (Allen) of Hamlet; her grandsons, Tyler Brown (Jerry Leigh), Andrew Spears (Megan), Evan Spears (Leah) and William "Will" Spears (Cierra); and her great grandchildren, Sophia Spears and Levi Spears.
