She was predeceased by: her parents, Zeb Vance and Lela Alma Young Mills; her husband Albert Wayne Shepard; her children, David Andrew Shepard and Amanda A. Shepard; her grandson T. J.; and her siblings, Richard Mills, Leon Mills, Odell Mills, Marie Rainwater and Carol Stubbs.
She is survived by: her children, Albert Wayne Shepard, Jr. (Teresa), Raina Diana Reese, Cathy Elaine Shepard and Avis Luann Langkilde; her grandchildren, Magan, Morgan, Dakota, Jamie, Shane, Laina, Virginia, Courtney and Charlie; and her sister Janet Lowery.
