He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Grooms Kelly. He is survived by: his father John Kelly; his stepmother Kelly Richardson Kelly; and his siblings, Kenneth Kelly (Jeneil) and Heather Honeycutt (Jeff).
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Carter Funeral Homes- Rockingham (705 S Caroline St, Rockingham, NC 28379). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
