He is survived by: his mother Mollie Pickard; his children, Lolita Renae Little (Rodrick), Antangula Pickard and Joe Oscar Pickard (Melinda); his brother Raymond Pickard; and his close friends, Tammy Flippin, Mattie Fulp, "Spud" Cummings and Sandy "Dono" Williams. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
