We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2023, at the age of 75, Janis Benson of Rockingham, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert G. Smith and Catherine Carnes Smith; and her husband Tim. She is survived by: her children, Tim Benson (Shannon) of Charlotte and Angie Long (Bryan Long) of Terrell; and her sister Brenda Pressley (Charlie) of Mint Hill. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and sister in laws.
In addition to flowers, the family wishes for memorial donations to Richmond County Hospice.
