He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Crumwell Roach, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Puryear Roach; his daughter Connie Roach; his granddaughter Melissa Roach; and his siblings, Ira C. Roach, Jr. and Barbara R. Amoriello.
He is survived by: his children, Doug Roach (Sandra), Cindy Roach Romine (Walter) and Penny A. Roach (Keith); his grandchildren, Derick Roach (Chelsea), Deanna T. Gann, Jamie Townsend, Brian Townsend and Broc Howerton; his great grandchildren, Tucker, Trey Perkins, Easton Roach, Tyler Townsend (Breanna), Emma, Griffin Gann, Bryant and Brynn Townsend; and his brother Mallory M. Roach.
