He was predeceased by: his parent Jerry L. Slagle. He is survived by: his mother Elsie Anderson Slagle of Templeton; his wife Sonya McGuire Slagle; his children, Jared Slagle (Michelle) of Washington, NC and Janine Hilliard (Bill) of Ford City; his stepdaughter Sarah Frazer (LT); and his siblings, Jerry Slagle (Sharon), Cheryl Delaney (Bill) and Lisa Tomkiewicz (Charles). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins, and brothers-in-law.
