She was predeceased by: her parents, John Douglas Hardin and Myrtle McCaskill Hardin; and her siblings, Mack Hardin, Bruce Hardin and Marlyn Lassiter.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Poole (Betty), Leo Poole (Renae), David Poole (Laura) and Alice Poole; her brother Larry Hardin; and her husband Cicero Pleasant "Pleas" Poole. She is also survived by her numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM at the Crestview Baptist Church (436 Crestview Dr, Rockingham, NC 28379). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at the same location.
