With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Enrico Hamilton of Rockingham, North Carolina, born in New Bern, North Carolina, who passed away on February 17, 2024 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Enrico Hamilton to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rueben Mayo and Nellie Grover Hamilton; and also Gail Barber of New Bern. He is survived by: his wife Betty Hale Hamilton; his children, Jeff Hamilton (Donna) of Rockingham and Lisa Bouher of Florida; his brother David (Bettie Hamilton) of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Tad Hamilton (Emily), Patrick Hamilton (Anna) and Charles Bouher (Cachet); his stepgranddaughters, Marianna Walker and Caroline Whittington (Trevor); his great grandchildren, Rhys, Aiden and Eliana; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Chase and Renni. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in his honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105.
