She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Wilson Fields and Minnie Bright Fields; her husband Lonnie Strickland; and her daughter Gloria Diane Sessoms. She is survived by: her daughters, Elaine Campbell (Jerry) of Rockingham and Donna Davis (John) of Hamlet; and her grandchildren, Tony Campbell (Cindy) of Hamlet, Jeremy Campbell (Katie) of Rockingham, Amy Presley (Ronnie) of Hamlet, Chasity Kenerly (Adam) of Gold Hill, Kristy Smith (Brian) of Concord, Elisa Davis of Hamlet and Anthony Davis of Rockingham. She is also survived by twenty-four great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
