With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Spivey Oliver (Rockingham, North Carolina), who passed away on January 20, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Dewey Spivey and Daisy Jenkins Spivey Talbert; and her brother Jack Dewey Spivey. She is survived by: her children, Bruce Wayne Oliver, Robert Preston (Bobby) and Bonnie Oliver Hayes.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Richmond County Hospice or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (Elaine's favorite charity).
