She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Herbert Kiser and Marth Fulk Kiser; her husband Robert Lloyd Mills; her son Kenneth Owen Mills; and her brothers, Herbert Leo Kiser and William "Pete" Hayes Kiser.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Adams (Mike); and her grandson Brandon Adams (Stacy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
